At Premier Nursery our high staff ratio enables staff to spend quality time with individual children.

All of our nursery staff are experienced; dedicated; well trained and hard working.

Every member has chosen child care as a vocation and are therefore happy and dedicated to caring for your child.

A number of staff have higher qualifications to degree level, including early years teacher qualifications and Early Years Practioner status.

All staff have Criminal Records Bureau checks and Premier Nursery is inspected by OFSTED every 4 years.

The staff wear brightly coloured uniforms with the nursery logo on. Management wear navy tunics; supervisors wear blue tunics and nursery nurses wear lilac tunics.

Premier Nursery encourages the children in its care to work towards achieving the desirable learning outcomes for 5 year olds, as set out in the early learning goals for the Foundation stage (SCAA) document on nursery education.

We do this by providing play facilities appropriate to age and development so that

'Quality Counts' is the Investors in Children endorsed accreditation scheme of NDNA. It is based on portfolio building, mentoring, training, self-assessment and independent assessment, leading to the award of Quality Counts accreditation.
